Client Interaction
Professional standards for client-facing communication in the field.
Non-Negotiables¶
Always Active
These rules apply at every site, every time, regardless of timeline pressure:
- No work without appropriate PPE. If it's missing, stop and get it.
- No roof access in active rain or storm. Check weather before departure.
- Document before you touch anything. Photo evidence precedes all work.
- Announce all disconnects. Anyone on site must know power is being interrupted.
- If something feels wrong, stop. Trust your instincts. Ask. Escalate.
