Every person who works with Wadadli Solar has a path forward. From a first day on a roof as an apprentice to leading complex commercial O&M operations as a Senior Field Specialist, the progression is structured, achievable, and tied to real operational skills.


The Four Levels

  • Level 1 Apprentice


    Entry-level. Learning the fundamentals of solar field work under direct supervision.

    Focus: Safety, documentation, PPE, site procedures, basic system knowledge.

    Level 1 Details

  • Level 2 Junior Technician


    Capable of executing standard inspection and service tasks with limited supervision.

    Focus: SolarEdge proficiency, SMA fundamentals, full inspection capability.

    Level 2 Details

  • Level 3 O&M Technician


    Independent field operator. Handles complex diagnostics, multi-system sites, client communication.

    Focus: All systems, BESS awareness, report writing, drone operations.

    Level 3 Details

  • Level 4 Senior Field Specialist


    Lead technician. Mentors others, handles critical clients, drives documentation quality.

    Focus: Technical leadership, training, advanced troubleshooting, commercial O&M.

OSHA 30 Level 3 O&M or above — completes 40-hour OSHA pathway

NABCEP PV Installation Professional Level 3+ Full technical credential
NABCEP O&M Professional Level 3+ O&M specialist credential

A technician advances when they can: 1. Perform the skills of the next level reliably and independently 2. Explain why they are doing what they are doing (not just following steps) 3. Teach the skills of their current level to someone below them

Time accelerates with motivation. There is no maximum speed. There is no guaranteed promotion on a fixed schedule.
